Skiing in Arosa Lenzerheide
The Arosa Lenzerheide ski resort is situated in Schanfigg Valley at an altitude of 1,800 m (its highest peak is 2,653 m). The two most important privileges that the area offers, are sun and it is traffic free village; for this reason the air is pure! For this reason Arosa Lenzerheide has been a famous Alpine health resort since 1877. There is access in the area by Rhaetian Railways from Chur or by car across lots of serpentines and through the tunnels.
Arosa Lenzerheide also has fame to have one of the highest 18-hole golf courses in Europe at an altitude of 1,850 metres above sea level!
